SCOUT GROUPS
The District is made up of Scout Groups each group is made up of one of more Beaver Colonies, Cub Packs and a Scout Troop. There are no Explorer or Network Units within any Scout Group. Some Explorer Units may have an affinity with a group but are not integral parts of that group.
