About the Event
Who is it for? All new leaders, section assistants, executive committee members – especially for those who are in their first year in Scouts or have not done the on-line course.
May also be useful for occasional helpers and for those who don't have a wood badge and need to do safety and safeguarding ongoing learning and don't want to use a computer
What does it cover? Fundamentals of Scouting, Scouts structure and support, the Adult training scheme, Safety and Safeguarding
Cost? Free – and tea / coffee and biscuits provided too!
Uniform? Not needed
