There are a number of training opportunities available during lockdown – from online sessions run by county, e-learning, workbooks, small groups on Zoom and one to one telephone calls. And whilst there is some training that can’t be done in lockdown, there is lots that can be.
Of course many people are busy – working, with childcare, caring for others or doing other things – which is fine – but also many people have time on their hand or are bored - so if you have time, you can look at your training record on Compass or drop me an email and I can have a look or ask one of the training advisors in the District to help you. They can tell you what training you need to do, talk through validation with you and suggest options. We have even awarded some wood badges during lockdown!
