This year’s Kontiki / Cubs on Water will take place at Leybourne Lakes on Saturday 3rd / Sunday 4th June. We are back at the slipway (as usual, not like last year) BUT we will not be camping overnight, so trailers and boats will need to be transported to / from site each day.
There are 3 documents for each event:
· Info for parents / participants – designed to be sent to parents but you are welcome to edit (eg you may want to add payment details, a deadline for confirming attendance, a meeting point in the car park or just put it all on OSM)
· Info for leaders – information for leaders that is not relevant to parents (but leaders will need to read the info for parents!)
· An example participation form – you don’t have to use this, but each section will need to capture consent and have in-touch details.

We also need HELP with:
· Supervision on the water – if you have a permit, Ged will be in touch – but if he isn’t, please let us know.
· Towing trailers to / from Hopehill on Saturday & Sunday morning / afternoon
· Loading / unloading trailers, pitching event shelter, sorting buoyancy aids, etc..
· Judging on Saturday, running the slipway on both days, fitting buoyancy aids (especially on Sunday)
